Please take note that there are 3 THINGS you need to do for the ajfamily publicity.
both powerpoint and posters are to be sent in soft copy to ajfamilyday@gmail.com
by 16 march(mon), 6pm
the subject for email should be your class. e.g. (10/08)
1)POWERPOINT SLIDES; publicised through LIVEWIRE(tv messaging system in school)
please note
-include your class and stall info.
-videos cannot be included in the powerpoint slides.
-animations are allowed.
-save it in the older version of microsoft powerpoint in the jpep format. (not vista)
-max of 2 slides.
-contrast must be good.
-font cannot be too fanciful.
2)Posters (will be posted on green boards)
-include your class and stall info.
-A4 to A3 size.
-you can scan a hand-designed poster into the com too.
-the sooner you get your posters approved, the better position you will get on the green board.
-there should not be any offensive things on the posters.
3)Join the Facebook group for Family Day and RSVP the event
(if you have facebook)
-send the invite to fellow AJCians to generate the hype. classmates/ccamates/seniors.
-questions about Family Day can be asked through the wall feature.
